I lost my health and everything due to some bad habits pleasurable activity. I am trying to get off from this. My hormone often prove me. I'm not able to concentrate in studies and work. My physic not able to help to do what I want to do. Even though I'm jogging and doing some stretching exercises in the early morning. Very often my hormone provoke me to do. I'm not able to come out from this. I'm being addicted to this bad activity. I want to come out from this what shall I do. I lost my health, muscle, skin tone, everything and I'm facing digestion problem what I lost I don't know how to get back through food. If I ate wrong it would affect some other ways more hyper active some times .if want improve concentrate on my studies I need energy so I want my health back and I want to improve my cognitive skills. what are the bad habits ?? you need to specify? yes diet plays a very vital role for your internal health as well for strength of the body. you can start with a warm up exercise in the morning. take juices else some protein stuff in your diet like... sprouts/ black chana etc. in your breakfast. follow up with a diet high fiber and high protein in your lunch. take more of liquids during the day that will help you to rejuvenate yourself. take early dinner. include seasonal fruits in your diet.
