I want to make a high protien vegetarian diet chart, with all the nutrients with the measure of nutrients (like the amount of zinc, calcium etc) I workout daily and want to avoid taking protien and multivitamin supplements, please let me know if it is possible with the vegetarian diet.

Please Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables Manuka, apples, all other vegetables regularly Take sprouts, milk, dairy products, regularly Mix 100 gms Soyabean flour to 1 kg wheat flour, use this for chapatis.
