I am suffering from backache from oct/2016. Consulted with an orthopedic super specialist and suggested the following tests: X-ray, urine culture, ESR, CRP (Q), URIC acid, ASO (Q). Out of which uric acid- 7.01 and ASO (Q) is 476.31. Kindly suggest me what to do? What may be the impact of these ratings. Doctor suggested me some antibiotics, tab for heart, calcium yabs etc. please advise me.

Raised uric acid means you have gout, and raised ASO titre means you have rheumatic fever which may in future cause some cardiac complications, to avoid joint pains he prescribed you calcium supplements.
