On dated 5-1-17 at 10 pm when I going to sleep I feel increased heart sound on next day my ECG shows sinus tachycardia with biphasic t waves v4 v5 and other ECG shows sinus tachycardia with left ventricular hypertrophy and heart rate is 103 bpm. There is no pain but I feel heaviness in stomach. My bp is 130/90. Doctor says there is no need to any medication. Please guide me in right direction.
