I am feeling such pain in my scrotum. My both testicles are paining from last 20 days. What could be the reason? To which kind of doctor should I consult?

Please consult a urologist. Causes include: damage to the nerves of the scrotum caused by diabetic neuropathy. Epididymitis, or inflammation of the testicles, caused by the STI chlamydia. Gangrene, or the death of tissues, as a result of untreated testicular torsion or trauma. However it's best to get yourself examined and reach a diagnosis. All the best.
