Age 22 .1 year before becoz of no puberty I consult doctor On report I have very low level of testosterone FSH FH, small penis and small testis so doctor suggest me TRT 1 ml 250 mg. I take injection every 21 day from last 1 year. Likely I comes to one article which suggest that every patient with hypogonadism should go for karyotype to find Klinefelter syndrome becoz after start TRT the sperm in testis may reduce if person have azoospermia. And by bad luck my semen report show zero sperm count. Now I am in deep worry. What to do. There any doctor in surat or any other advice with whom I can go consult for this rare problems.
