Hi. I am a 23 year old female. I am 5'4" tall and I'm 61 kgs. I want to reduce weight. I do regular exercise. I walk for 6 kms a day in 50 minutes but I have no knowledge about a good diet which should be followed. I am vegetarian. I do not suffer from any diseases which contribute to weight gain. Neither am I allergic to any food item. I eat a paratha in the morning as breakfast. Then two chappatis with vegetable and pulse in lunch and same for dinner. I'm aware that food should be consumed five times a day in small potions. But I do not know what to consume and when to consume. If you could please prepare a diet chart for me so that I could maintain a calorie deficit and lose weight and also my energy levels remain high as I'm a student and I need to study. I shall be really thankful.
