Sir I could not sleep more than 1-2 hours due to which I feel very uncomfortable. What should I do to have a good sleep for 8-10 hours. Is there any side effect of tablets of sleep. please send me your suggestion soon.

Pills tend to become in effective if used for a long period.Try some natural ways first. if they do not work, you may opt for Ayurvedic or other sleeping pills. But pills should be strictly taken under the guidance of a Doctor 1. exercise regularly for 40 minutes - a tired body sleeps well 2. Drink cinnamon tea 1/2 an hour before bedtime - 1/2 inch cinnamon boiled in a cup of water for 3 to 4 minutes. do not add sugar to this tea 3. Massage your feet and eyes with warm coconut oil or almond oil at bedtime daily
