I am a 38 year old female. I have been suffering from fever, cough, and body pain (especially limbs) for the past 15-20 days. The fever is not that high, but the cough is pretty severe, almost dry with very little colorless sputum. It lasts for 1-2 minutes mostly, but sometimes it lasts for 4-5 minutes. I have urine leakage when a cough. I had consulted a doctor earlier but I have second thoughts about her treatments as she did not give me a clear picture about my condition. I have all my test reports saying NORMAL, I have an X-RAY of my lungs too. I am anemic with Haemoglobin % 10.60. I could mail in the reports if required, please let me know what is actually wrong.

Cough for about 3 weeks, with expectoration fever & loss of appetite favour tuberculosis but this patient seems to be suffering from allergic bronchitis or just a flu. Need to see the blood tests and chest x Ray. Meanwhile patient can be put on tab. Montelukast 10 mg with levocetrizine 5 mg once at night. If necessary antibiotic like augmentin could be started.
