REGARDING ENLARGEMENT OF penis SIZE Sir/Ma'am I am about 31 years. I have masturbation habit from age 17. But I have control now for 3 to 4 years. Masturbation reduces 2 to 5 in month. Sometimes 0.in months. I have weaker and smaller penis. I think it doesn't erect fully. As it not totally open up. It is just. 4 in. No sex till. No smoke. No drink. How to increase penis size. Please suggest.
