Please give me advice as this is my first time for gym. What should be the gap for eating before or after gym? What to eat? In Veg only. Should I go everyday or alternative day at the beginning?

You can go everyday in the beginning. Eat 2 bananas 30 minutes before your workout. Eat white rice after your workout.
