Hello Sir/Ma'am. Last month when I measured my weight on two machines it was 65 Kg. Yesterday when I again measured it on two different machines it showed 60 Kg. I am 24 years 8 months old boy. 5 feet 5 inches height. I dnt have any major illness except Cervical Pain, Gastro problems & Cough Cold Frequently during Winter. My belly and sides are obese by Hands and legs are becoming thin. I am very much Anxious about my health now. Why I am loosing why weight so rapidly I am not sure. Even I rarely do exercise or pranayam. Pls help.
