I was suffering from difficult in defecation since 1 week ,I started drinking lekin water with honey in morning and started to do walking ,these two are the new things I started, from that day it started difficult what will be the problem.

Dear lybtateuser, - Your problem is due to lack of sufficient fibre in your diet & also less fluid intake - have more of fibre containing food like fruits, vegetables including green & seasonal ones, beans, whole grains, legumes, nuts - have at least 2-3 litres of water per day - you can continue with your exercise & glass of warm water with honey which actually aides smooth defecation - if still not much improvement then you may require medication .

Home Remedy- Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Treatment- 1-Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. 2-take arogyavardhinii vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Diet-take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.
