Hello doctor. Three years back it was detected that one of my kidney is much smaller in size compare to another, as it was infected. But it shows in renal scan that it works normally. What sort of precautions should I keep in mind with my daily busy routine life to keep it normal?

Preventing kidney infection and ruling out that there is no infection at present by certain tests. Drink 8to 10 glasses of water daily, do not suppress the urge of passing urine. Pass urine before going out for any function or meeting, Build immunity. Salt in daily dal or vegetable is adequate. Avoid bakery items, papad,prickles, salty food. Regular check up, Get treated completely for any infection. Need Consultation for guidelines.
