In every winter my foot fingers get swelled and pain started I took many precautions but failed. Now winter started I wear socks 24 hrs due to this but as always pain and etching started now after few days it will get swelled and I have to suffer. Please suggest how can I get rid from this now only etching is started not swelling. It is too painful even tell me how can I get relief during night also because due to this pain I can t sleep properly.
