I am having lot of sensations in head while turning or looking back, or getting up in bed. It gives the same chill feeling in body but do not have any fever. Also I am having sleepy body and brain. What can be the issue as this started just couple of weeks back but now it is severe. A neuro doctor suggested that it is stress which I do not have and suggested me to take gabapin nt which is not working at all? Can few doctors provide some opinion here and help me? If it looks like some major issue, pleas suggest that the solution
