Hii My age 23 I am not able defecate at normal intervals. Usually after 2 days on an avg. Or I feel of the call. When concentrated deeply on something like studies. Or when I feel like that I have to go in a hurry but trying to finish the present work (double mind edness. As a result I am not able to eat fully. Have frequent memory loss. Feeling cold more than others. And tiredness also. Can you suggest me some effective medication plz.

Please try to change the erratic habits to have a permanent solution. Focus on doing one thing at a time. Have a disciplined life and take care of your health. Drink lots of water and fluids (2-3 ltr) and include fruits and vegetables in daily diet so that you get sufficient fiber. Also exercise every day so that it will also correct your bowel habit naturally. Avoid junk food and any bad habits. You can take some laxative for a short period if it is difficult for you to pass stools.
