Can perpetual itch or infection of skin in the groin areas (especially the scrotum) effect sexual health in the long run? I have had this itch for more than a year now. I am curious and awestruck. Please suggest.

It may not but it needs to be treated. Maintain a very good hygiene and do not share personal belongings like soap and towel.

It cannot affect sexual health. Itching can be due to fungus or scabies or any skin infection and need to show a dermatologist.
