My age is 16. Whenever I walk amongst crowd my heartbeat increases, palm becomes cold? I hv shiver n fear. I get scared. It hpns more and more when great number of men r there in the crowd. I hv extreme fear. I fear that if some boy inappropriately touches me and disturbs me what will I do? This is a constant fear within me. Drs, I want help. Do I hv any phobia? What are the ways if overcoming it? And why I have such?
