Hi sir, I am 31 years old. I am pregnant. I am suffering from thyroid. Please suggest me proper diet and exercise as well as for how much time I have to walk daily.

You need to avoid high protein diet especially soya beans, cauliflower, cabbage etc. And you can walk daily in the morning for half an hour. You can eat well and you can gain at least 12 kg during pregnancy.

you can take normal diet.. and regarding exercise mild.. not to do heavy exercise .. u can go for 20 to 30 min walk daily which s safe..
