Hello, Increase the intake capacity of your food. Eat 5-6 times and eat in big plates. Dont drink water before meals. Never skip breakfast . Avoid junk food, samosa, patties, burgers, colas, etc. Have stuffed paranthas and 2 boiled eggs in breakfast. Have milk shakes, protein shakes, fresh fruits, curd. Take pulses, chickpeas, rajma in lunch with multigrain roti and rice. Have fruit juices, bananas, pineapples, pear, mangoes , milk, paneer, eggs, chicken, fish, meat. Have a spoon of extra ghee in your veggies and daals. Boil 4 dates in a glass of milkk and have daily at night. Eating a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry and dairy products can supply all the essential nutrients like calcium, potassium, zinc, manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus and proteins which are necessary for stimulating growth and increase in height.For exercises you can do jumping, swimming, cycling, hanging from bar, cat and cow stretch, triangle pose.Only eating won't help, you have to do exercises also.
