I'm working physically very hard from last one week as i'm playing football goal keeper so i'm working very hard on that. And while doing exercise I feel tired very soon so please give some suggestions to increase my strength I am pure vegetarian so what food I should take?

Hi before exercise and workout you should take complex carbs with protein like wheat flake with toned milk, it will help to give energy gradually. And if you feel so tired then have l-carnitine, if you do intense exercise and postworkout you can have whey protein powder within 30 minutes.
