Dear Vijay ,Being following s vegan diet, i would suggest you to include below food sources in your diet to meet the calcium requirements. 1.Ragi molt - its a drink which you can mix in water & can have it anytime during the day. 2.Do take more broccoli in your schedule. 3.Include betel leaf in your vegetables 4.Take one small banana everyday .These things will gradually meet up the calcium requirements.
