One of my cousin 22 year old who is very close to me is having anemia since she is 15 year old n from den she having 6 7gm hb once she starts taking medicines it will be 9 to 9.5 once she stops it will be 6 7 again coz of it shez unable to do anything she always feel low n tired all the time. Shez having thyroid n pcod too coz of which she gaining lot of wt. Unable to do more work her thyroid n pcod are in control now with medicines As her parents are looking for a good proposal she must decrease her wt n also increase the hb can you suggest me the best medicine for iron. N also she having mouth ulcers n breathing prob now a days. Please guide us what to do.
