It is nice to learn that you do yoga on regular basis to matain your health.Coming to the diet part of it there is such things to eat and not to eat,impotance lies in how much to eat?try to follow few principles. EAT WHATEVER you like .Kings breakfast (heavy),moderate lunch( average) ,mildor poor dinner(light)
Avoid fried ,spicy food,take enough water after 1hour of food .total 2.5 to 3 liters per day. Finally you adust the intake of food to maitain your weight.You must maintain your ACTIVE life ,good sleep,and STRESS free.
Take balanced diet. Do regular exercise. Take all fresh fruits and vegetables and foods rich in protein and complex carbs. Avoid outside food completely.
