I am 17 years old and 6 feet height. But I have only 54 kgs of weight. I also join a gym for gain weight. But after two months, I only able to gain 3 kgs. Now my weight is 57 kg. I also follow the diet plan of the gym trainer but there is no large effect. So what is the proper diet chart for me? Please give me the diet chart for gaining weight.(i am non veg).
