Lost sexual desire due to extreme stress anxiety and depression and phobias. No (or very low) sperm production. But erection is present. Can I get back my sperm, Libido and sexual desire and drive. My age is 26. I'm under nerve medication. Sensitivity of body and testicles decreases and saggy testicles. Very much tensed. What I need to do? Looking for best help. Plz.

Stress and anxiety have taken their toll on you. You need to relax first. It would be better to get admitted to a nature cure hospital for mental and physical rehabilitation. Practice yoga and meditation. Do active physical exercise like swimming, cycling, jogging etc. Take a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. You will soon get back your sexual desire. There seems nothing wrong with your body. Forget about testicles, sperm, erection etc.
