Hello- Over indulgence in sexual activities like masturbation or sex without proper rest and nutritious diet lead to exhaustion of genitals (due to rapid sperm production and loss), it leads to pain and discomfort in scrotum, when rest provided, pain subsides. Repeated actions make this damage permanent and the condition progress into more complicating disease like varicocele. So its better to be on safe side, and use your sexual deposits in a planned way.
