I am a senior government officer. For past 10 years, I have experienced that I am unable to tackle any new situation or job be it social, official. I develop anxiety even vomiting and depression. I am scared of detachment from my family. I had also two year history of depression and high BP. NOW I am 34 year aged but having high BP. I am unable to tackle, respond, communicate confidently.
