Hello doctor, I am having white patchy lesions in my mouth which us responsible increased sensitivity towards spicy food and I'm not able to eat even little spicy foods. Some doctors said that it is oral lichen planus. But it is auto immune disorder and can't be treated. Pls help with proper medications and prevention.

Yes it can be managed, first we need identify the cause in most cases it is due to stress that is why middle aged women are more prone to it, avoid spicy food, have more of green veges, raw tomato salads, some anti oxidant supplements followed by local application of immunomodulators, and if required mood elevators. Every individual reacts differently, so am sorry cannot be of much help to you online, we need to have a weekly then monthly and then yearly followup.
