I am 55 years old male suffering from sprain/pain in my calf since almost one year please suggest remedy. My vit b12 is 140 and vit d3 is 20.

Calf cramps are mainly due to calcium deficiency and did u have checked your calcium levels if not go for that and see the values and if there is a deficiency then use calcium supplements or foods rich in calcium like milk and its products, palak and other green leafy vegetables, bananas and white of an egg etc. your cramps will get reduced soon.
