How we can remain fit in this polluted environment n without taking non veg food and if we are in tension then can we remain healthy?

Hello, Pollution and stress are the main culprits for diseases in our life. Go for a walk early in the morning in some park where you can get fresh air. Do some yoga and pranayam .Eat fresh vegetables and fruits ( only seasonal ones). Eat healthy foods . Avoid junk foods, maida, colas. Do breathing exercises whenever in stress and try meditation. Limit the use of computers and mobiles.
