Hi am 22 and height is 5 4 weight 48 kgs since 2 months I have this problem and no other health problems. I do not take any medicines no allergy. Neither I drink nor I smoke I do not take drugs I have only constipation problem nothing else.

For short term constipation problem you need not to worry. You start having Plenty of water, increase intake of Salad in your routine diet, include 30 minutes of leasure walking daily.
