Is it normal to bleed continuously for 12 weeks after normal delivery. Soon after delivery ultrasound was done, report had no issues. And 2 weeks ago I had tubectomy done.

Bleeding upto 6 weeks is normal after normal delivery.This could be some infection in the uterus which has got aggravated by the tubectomy or something totally unrelated like thyroid problem,hormonal imbalance,bleeding disorder,vaginal varices etc
