Day before yesterday I got up with a vomiting sensation. After some time I puked. A bitter yellow color thing fell which is said to be acidity. And I had loose motions. I was not able to digest anything. Even the slightest thing I ate I puked. Later I consulted a doctor and he gave me meds. Wich consisted of before and after food. Those are capsule's and tablets. Its been 2 days now I still feel pukish. My motions have been stopped. But I am always getting this vomit sensation. What do I do about it?

For complete medicine protocol you need to consult me. But I can tell yu some home measures which are extremely helpful. First – 1-2 days Take plenty of fluids – ORS, Enerzal, Lime water with salt and sugar, Coconut water, black tea. Plenty of soups, daal water, kala chana soup Avoid aerated drinks Avoid Milk Avoid chillies and oily/fried food. Avoid all Meat products, hotel food, fast food. Avoid all fresh fruits and vegetable salads. Can drink packed juices. 2 to 3 day onwards Start on Soft diet like Rice Gurrel (Khicdi, bread,toast, idli, oats, dalia, sheera, corn flakes and dry fruits.
