hi sanndhya,it's really gud to see u following ur passion by being healthy nd fit but don't want to harm ur body by going to gym,I really appreciate u for this.back to ur question, u need a tonned body,for that u have to bring changes in your lifestyle i.e instead of going to gym just do yoga which will lead to flexibility, tonning,charm etc in ur body.after that follow a particular diet regime of eating something healthy for every two hours.and last but very important listen to ur mind,it's very important that you  eat only when u eat hungry.eat food to satisfy ur hunger not appetite.hope you follow my advises.and for any other nutritional advise or diet chart u can consult me through private consultant option. take a gud care of yourself. have a gud day.it was pleasure talking to u

Toned body can be made by proper diet + Exercise. For exercise you need to tone your arms - shoulders - abs - waist - lower waist - thighs and legs.
There is no need to go to gym because most of the gym trainers are just body builders who can only guide you for weight lifting and nothing else. You can manage your own fitness at home through a combination of Jogging - Yoga - Equipment free exercises - Skipping - floor exercises. At least spend 60-90 mins every day on body toning.  How much time it will take. Depends on what is your current state now and what you want to achieve. But for any clear - visible change at least it will take six months.
