Hi sanndhya Exercise depends on whether you want to lose weight or just maintain it. You can do 45mins -1 hr of exercise including walking, jogging,yoga and skipping. The best time is morning in fresh air, but if you cant do it in the morning do it any time but you haveto be empty stomach. Dont do exercise within 1 .5 hours of meal. Takecare
