Hello doctor, I have been suffering mild pain in my stomach on left side since 4-5 months, but since one month I am having uneasiness due to gas formation most of the time. But the pain in the left is still there. Whenever I eat egg or drink milk or have anything spicy I have pain in lower stomach and it becomes very stiff. This problem mainly arises early morning when I wake up. But the pain in left side is always there. Please suggest if there is any diet change or change in routine to help me get rid of the pain. Since it has been prolonging from very long I am worried.
