Hello, Hope you are doing well. I have just started my gym workout again after a gap of 6 months and want to continue the same now. I want to know below things to achieve my goal, which is to get fit in next 6 months, I weight 79 kg right now. Target is 72 kg in next 6 months 1. Which raw vegetables I should take to get the adequate amount of protein as I am a vegetarian. 2. Things to eat before my breakfast, first thing in the morning. 3. What all I can or should include in my dinner. 4. Things to avoid in Lunch. 5. Any good protein powder you can suggest for my workout.
