I an 38 years old and I have diabetes upto average 200 points, and for that I become lazy and sleeping too much and I am taking a tablet glimisom m1 500 per a day, sir, please suggest me what to do for whole day to remain fit and healthy. thanks.

First try to eat small frequent meal. Full plate salad before each meal. Mission roti 1-2 in each meal. Chew well. Eat fruits two times in a day one hour before or two hour after meal. Take Tab. Methyl cobalmin one after meal. Further you can discuss on line.
