Sir I am so week. My did not gain my weight for last 3 year .i try so many thinks but anything did not work to gain my weight. Sir please help me.

Try to have a good mix of a balanced diet with whole grains, proteins (dairy, beans, dals), fruits and vegetables and do some exercise (running for 30 minutes or more will help you get a good circulation as well as muscle build up).

do stretching exercise alternate days . they will help to gain muscle mass. have small and frequent meals. take high protein diet and calorie diet. take milk and milk products. take soya milk , curd ,sprouts, paneer , egg white, lean meat.take plenty of fruits. take plenty of fluids.
