Try to drink milk ( there are some milks and food products available in the market which are fortified with vit D ) . You can take Vit D suppliment powder once a week for 4-8 weeks. Try to expose yourself to sun light. In general a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables along with exercise and exposure to sun light will take care of most of the deficiencies.
