Hello lybrate-user during pregnancy the food should be healthy, nutritional n easily digestible. At night you should prefer chapatti, dal. Little rice n most important walk for your 25 min before sleep n than take left lateral position n sleep it will improve your blood circulation n the baby as well as you will be healthy.
