Sir, �I'm �23 aged guy from chennai. Bt I looks alike school boy. My height is 5.3 and my weight is 46 kg. Normally I don't eat even like others. I eat very less. I didn't care about that. But now I feel bad for that. I feel inferiority complexevery second. I cannot even live like others. Please guide me to gain my height and weight. I will do whatever for that. Thanking You.

Hello Kindly understand that your age as has already reached 23,chances of height increase are quite less irrespective what you read and hear. Believe me height just cannot increase bearing a cm or two. Yes you can gain weight. I can help you with it.
