Sir, I am 27 years old. I am having problem of gas. Everytime my bowel movement not good I started feeling gas pain in my body specially left side of abdomen or sometimes back or sometimes hollow feeling under left ribs or sometimes under heart area. I am in restriction about food. Not eating any junk foods. Or rich items. Please help me. Last year I did an USG test. It shows fatty liver and slightly enlarged spleen. When I have good bowel movement that time its fine. Why gas is forming in my body. And trapping in left side of abdomen more than right.
