Dear lybrateuser, - Erectile dysfunction could be due some other factors also in addition to diet, like stress, lack of exercise, anxiety, high BP, sugar, cholesterol,lack of proper sleep - you should have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, also include proteins in the form of eggs, milk & milk products, beans, pulses, sprouts, also have fibre in the form of whole grains like wholewheat, brown rice, oats, corn , include healthy fats such as seafood, olive oil for cooking, a handful of nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts, seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds& sesame - avoid spicy, fried, processed & junk food.
