Dear lybrate-user Every hour get up from your desk and take a walk to drink water. While walking, stretch hands, arms, twist waist, neck, legs, knees. Every now and then, close your eyes with both palms on them and take 20 deep breaths to relax the body-mind. Remember, work is important, no doubt. But staying healthy is more important or no work can be achieved. Regards.
