I'm having trouble gaining weight. My body type is ectomorph. I workout and managed to gain 3-4 kgs but every time I hit 44 kg I get cold and cough and need to stop workout for 4-5 days and start losing weight rapidly. My diet includes milk, peanut butter and rajma and other staple diet. What is the solution to gain more efficiently?

Hi Lybrate user, It seems you have weak immunity. You have to consume 2425 k.calories per day. If you do regular work out you may take 3000 k.cal /day. I suggest some diet recommedation. Those are; Daily consume milk & milk product, potato chips, coconut purfy, groundnut,milk shake, cream, butter etc. These are additional foods apart from your regular meals.
