I had b12 and D vitamin deficiencies and had been cured according to the adequate biological references but I didn't get any relief from the muscle pain which used to occur during any physical activities like playing or running. Doctor said endurance need to be increased so suggested Gym, after one month of gyming I didn't see any differences so I left gym and sports as well. I have consulted 3 doctors from last 2 years. Yesterday I went to Nandi hills and had some physical movement like running or climbing on the rocks from today morning I am having pain in the right muscle! If I get bend or knee down pain comes before pain used to occur when I play, jump or run. Please suggest! Is there any way that will be to cure this hectic problem? I am frustrated because of this.

B12/ Vit D solely are not the cause of muscle pain. Iron/ Calcium deficiency or improper exercise/ overstretching can be factors. Hello, Check your hydration levels. Iron, proteins,calcium deficiency can also lead to muscle stiffness. Warm up and cool down are equally important.
