My son is 25 yrs. He is not getting sleep at night. He gets sleep only after 4 am or even late. He sleeps till 12 pm next day. How can I regulate his sleep.

He needs to correct his sleep timing with the help of medication and change in life style. What ever the time of your sleep he should get up at common time i. E. 8 am even if feel sleepy as this will push the body clock to the right time in the evening.
